REMEDY FOR THE TIRED WORKER BEE II
Spent the weekend in Melaka with Terence. I love Melaka because it's so laid back and I tend to think that Melaka people are very friendly folks. And I enjoy the "Old Townness" of the pusat bandar. Reminds me of Old Town Ipoh. It has character.
We stayed at a backpackers place called Travellers Lodge. Highly recommended. Ask for the loft room.
When you're in touristy Melaka, what is there to do but touristy things? We ate chicken rice balls, fried oysters, dim sum, chilled out at Geographer Cafe and window-shopped at Jonker Walk.
On our drive back to KL, stopped by Putrajaya to check out Alamanda shopping mall and Cyber Jaya to revisit Terence's MMU days.
